Delivery FAQs

When do you deliver and pickup items?

  • Our Standard Delivery Schedules are delivery the day before you event and pickup the day after

Do you do same day delivery and pickup? If Yes, is there an additional fee?

  • If you require same day delivery and/or pickup please state this in your initial request. Same day delivery and pickup carries an additional fee which is determined by the requested delivery and pickup times

Do you deliver to an upstairs venue and back down?

  • Delivery to an upstairs and back down is at an additional cost which is determined by the rented items and access to the higher floor.

Do you delivery items to an open savannah or field?

  • We do not do overnight deliveries to unsecured venues. These deliveries and pickup would be scheduled on the day of the event.

Would you deliver to our venue if the drop off point is not accessible by vehicles?

  • If the items are required to be manually carried more than 20ft from the truck, please state this in your initial request as this is an additional charge

What is the procedure for pickup of delivered items?

  • Delivery items are dropped off at the location in one particular spot stacked and in bags where applicable. All items must be placed in the same spot and stacked for pickup

Do we have to break down the tents?

  • Our tents and accessories are erected and dismantled by our team only

Can I provide my own Transportation?

  • Clients can provide their own transportation of items such as Chairs, Tables, cooling systems, inflatables etc, providing that their vehicles can comfortably accommodate the rental items. Please note that you would be required to present a utility bill and two (2) forms of ID
