Do I have to collect any items from my order?

  • Instore Items are those that are to be collected and returned by clients to our office. They are labelled as Instore Pickup Items on your quotation.

When can I collect and return the items?

  • Items are collected the day before your event and returned the following working day during office hours.

If I have items on my order that are being delivered, can the instore items be delivered as well?

  • No instore items are transported by our trucks.

What items are considered to be Instore Items?

  • Instore items are all tableware, centrepieces, decor pieces and linen

Do I need to wash the tableware I rented for my event?

  • All tableware (Cutlery, Glasses, Chargers, Dinner and Dessert Plates) are to be returned cleaned, dried and packaged accordingly. There will be an additional cleaning fee if the items are returned dirty.
